Digital receipts can also be issued if you’ve forgotten your card.

\ LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
A penalty fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged to the client in the case of a no-show or cancellation within 12hrs of the appointment time.
Payment can be made via card over the phone or direct debt.
No further bookings will be accepted until the penalty fee has been paid.
